Ascension symptoms

First of all, you do not need to know the word “Ascension” nor anything about it to ascend. The Ascension soul shift (new soul coming in to replace the old) happens like the first period — when the timing comes, it happens. Having said this, it helps to learn a little about it in advance so you know what is happening to you. Proper knowledge reduces unnecessary fear and anxiety. (Okay, if you are a man, just replace that word “first period” with your equivalent.)

So here is a list of Ascension symptoms you may recognize:

• Abrupt loss of interest in the people and things that held your interest before.
  You simply cannot do that job any longer, or tolerate that person any more. Done.
• Strange wanderlust or urge to relocate.
  You may just * know * where you need to be.
• Inner need to simplify life.
  “Why the heck am I carrying around this much of junk? I don’t even remember why I wanted them.” is a common sentiment. Declutter and donate your stuffs to Good Will. You may also get the urge to detox your own body.
• Sudden change in food preference.
  In my case, I woke up and found myself vegetarian. My body decided not to take meat any more (without consulting me, really). And a few times I persuaded and had some meat, I had to go to the bathroom quickly. Within a few months, eggs and dairy dropped off my shopping list as well. I now eat very close to Earth — vegetables and fruits.
• Sudden change in the taste to dress and decorate.
  With my Asian coloring, I know I look elegant in black dress — just add a bit of white and accent color, and voila! I look so good. I know this is still true, but I simply can’t bring myself to wear black any more. I love colors. These days, I dress like a crazy boho. Same with interior decoration. I used to love the serene Asian taste, with dark wood furniture. They started to look so dark, so when I moved, I dumped them, and bought the cheap white ready-to-assemble furniture at Target with color boxes. Aaaaah!
• Some people report having a sudden “spiritual awakening,” accompanied with the feeling of clarity and empowerment.
• Feeling spacy and detached from the rest of the world.
• Getting harder and harder to follow conventional thinking.
  “What the heck do I care (to keep up with the Jones, to stay in the status, to be organized and considerate, etc.)”
• Absolute need to rest and relax.
• Feeling younger or childlike.
  In fact, your friends may notice you look younger.
• Urge to do what you like to do.
  Again, like a small kid. Being in the joy becomes increasingly important to you, replacing other priorities.
• Change in sexual drive.
  Overall, I think the drive decreases but there may be periods of bouts. When you are happy just the way you are, there is not much need to seek out sexual pleasures.
• Change in sleep patterns.
  Sometimes you wake up at 3 or 4 am every night and okay with it. Sometimes you sleep 10 hours or take a long nap.
• Physical symptoms such as ringing in the ear, change in vision (sometimes daily), or strange itching and twitching around the body.
• And some report switching back and forth between the new way and the old way. Well, this can happen if you don’t allow yourself to be in the new way.

Each person’s sensitivity is different. An analytical soul, such as Alpha Centaurians or Blueprint Technicians, may notice little change while some souls may be wondering “What the world has happened to me?”

And these are not temporary symptoms. With Ascension soul shift, this is going to be your new way, so you are best to embrace the changes.

Ascension soul shift as rebirth

With Ascension soul shift, your existing soul crosses over without the physical death. And you receive a new version of soul. So it’s a way of being born again. What is great is we retain the body and the knowledge we have accumulated.

It’s like a software upgrade. With certain computer software, say Microsoft Money, you are offered a new version — Year 2009 version, for instance. It’s the same software — it’s not Microsoft Word. But it’s brand new and runs faster. All the learnings in the past have been incorporated into the new version.

You are the same person, yet you are new. So the best way to go around is to embrace the new you rather than resisting it.

Ascension soul shift is just the beginning

Because I can observe the soul shifts, I tend to think of Ascension from that perspective, but I know this is not all. Far from it. Ascension soul shift is just the beginning of Ascension process.

And where are we headed to? Becoming a lightbody and achieving immortality is one possibility. Remembering the various psychic / supernatural / extrasensory abilities we possess is another. And together, we are creating the New World, or the new version of heaven on Earth.

How to ascend

The way to ascend, then, is:

• To be open to this change, the shift of ages, the Ascension.
• To increase the vibration by aligning more with Divine Love, Light, Truth, Abundance and Power.
• To embrace the changes including Ascension soul shift.
• To live in the Now.

Being open is fundamental. We all have free will, and even if you are ready to ascend, if you refuse to do so, then you won’t. Lightworkers respect everyone’s free will.

Regarding how to increase the alignment with the five energy flows of Love, Light, Truth, Abundance, and Power, I’ve already written more than 10,000 words in the New World series, so I’m not going to repeat it here. The first post of the series, about Love, is here. Each of the five quality has a post and the post comes with action plans at the end, so please read them.

Ascension is about change. And you are not going to change when you cling onto your past. So the last two points, embracing the changes and living in the Now, are really the same thing.

Ascension is not about the future

Some of us get hang up with the anticipation of Ascension. I was that way only a while ago. This is, however, counterproductive. Ascension happens in the Now, not in the future. Or more accurately, Ascension is about breaking the illusion of time.

Ascension is a natural process, and you will be guided to do what you need to do. In a sense, you don’t have to try to ascend at all. Again, it comes like the period. You cannot help it. What you might want to do is to take good care of yourself, be in the joy, be in the Now, and be the Love and Light.

By the way, some readers pointed out that the Ascension symptoms resemble kundalini awakening. I’m not a yogi, so I don’t really know, but I’m sure spiritual practices like yoga and meditation are helpful.

Ascension is not about condemning physical body in favor of the spirituality

It’s true that many of us get the strong feeling that we are so “done”. Combined with the common myth in spiritual community that this physical world is something inferior to the spiritual world, it’s easy to start thinking that Ascension is about leaving this world, to be out of our physical body, to go somewhere better, be it called higher dimension or something else.

Wrong. We don’t ascend to the higher dimension. We are bringing in the higher dimension right here. There is no point in condemning our physical body and our life in this physical world because we are developing right in this body. Rather, Ascension is about mastering both the physical and spiritual lives and integrating them to one.

How to develop Lightbody

As you may have noticed, I’ve been learning about physical immortality recently. Which , I now understand, is the same thing as developing lightbody.

So how do you develop your lightbody? By the same way you ascend, by embracing your inner divinity.

I want to repeat one thing here. Don’t get so hang up about the future. If you keep thinking whether you can achieve immortality, whether you will die or not, then you will. Because your attention, your energy, is on death.

I personally don’t really care if I live forever or not. Some people say death is the dingy backdoor to heaven, and we should aim to enter there through the front door, by achieving immortality. I don’t really care which door I get to or when. I care how I’m doing Now — maybe the heaven can come to me rather than me driving up there. (Akemi driving is generally not a great idea. . .:) )

Some people say death is the ultimate source of fear. I doubt it. If the idea of “There will be no death” excites you, that’s great, because feeling good is critical. So for those of you, the idea of physical immortality works really well. For me, death looks like a revolving door. Just don’t leave any slippery stuff in front of it.

I’m not saying physical immortality is impossible or a bad idea. It’s a great idea that expands our consciousness, and I’m learning a lot from Janni, Robin and Kathy. I think everything they say relates to what I call Ascension. And I’m pretty sure they agree that immortality is not about the future, it’s about Now.

Today is about Sirians. I receive all kinds of starseeds as my clients for Akashic Record Reading, but as I look at my piles of reading notes, the pile of Sirians are definitely smaller than those of Alpha Centaurians and Hadarians. (So if you are a Sirian, let me know what you think about this article — I appreciate your feedback.  And I don’t mean Sirians are rare starseeds.  It’s a matter of relative volume — somehow I get a lot of Alpha Centaurians, Hadarians, and Mission Realmers, perhaps followed by Blueprinters, and then I get all kinds of other starseeds.) Yet I need to talk about Sirians before I talk about other starseed groups because Sirians have had major influence on them.

Sirians are considered to be responsible for inventing etheric implants and therefore all the mess the implants have caused . . .

Sirians and etheric implants

Sirians had highly developed technology. Sirians were also more spiritually advanced than we are — at least some Sirians. So, with their great technical skills, Sirians invented etheric implants. Etheric implants are energetic implants, so you don’t see them. It works like a remote control device.

The initial intention Sirians had when they invented the etheric implants was benevolent. It was to advance the spirituality of less developed portion of the Sirian population. Benevolent, yet somewhat invasive, I think. Worse yet, this great technology didn’t come with any safety precaution.

Eventually, negative forces found out about this great technology, and they started to modify the implants to their advantage. They also made their versions of etheric implants by copying the technology.

Etheric implant’s influence

Etheric implants affect many souls to this day. The recipient of the implant could be anyone, but namely, the following starseed groups have been affected big time:

• Sirians: Practically all Sirians have etheric implants, whether they are the original implants or the modified kinds.
• Hadarians: Many Hadarians received etheric implants while they were enslaved by the negative souls — the implant runs manipulative programs in these Hadarians, controlled by the negative souls.
• Mission Realmers : They, too, received etheric implants from the negative souls when they were coming to Earth. Additionally, I heard some Mission Realmers have Sirian’s etheric implants that work like a surveillance device.
• Pleiadians: Pleiadians have their own interesting history. While most Pleiadians are positive light-seeking souls, quite a few have turned to negative and experimented with the implant technology. So Pleiadians have their own versions of etheric implants.

Etheric implants have also been used in “star wars”, causing catastrophic results. Polarians, as well as Earth souls, are affected by the result of the planetary changes.

Sirians’ ideal

So Sirians know the dark side of advanced technology. While many Sirians are good at technical, analytical thinking, they also have a deep-set hesitation to embrace their potential. They have the fear of success.

As you can imagine, Sirians also have trust issue. It seems many Sirians find it hard to trust others wholeheartedly. They also have hard time trusting themselves.

Sirians’ ideal, then, is to contribute to the improvement of this world with their expertise by overcoming these challenges. I believe many Sirians have sincere desire to improve themselves and this world despite the fact they often sound quite “negative” or doubtful.

Sirians’ gifts

Sirians are very good at analytical thinking and well organized. Many Sirians seem to be natural program manager, organizing dates and logistics of events.

Sirians love improving things. Again, many Sirians are still stuck in themselves at this time, so they may not be making big improvements, but still they can’t help their tendency to tweak things here and there. Oh, Sirians are so light-seeking, in their own way

Sirians’ challenges in loving relationship

I don’t think Sirians talk about loving relationships so often in my phone sessions. And I don’t know any Sirians firsthand in my personal life. So what I have to say here is a bit limited.

I guess Sirians find it hard to be in their heart. They are usually in their head, analyzing things. This can pose a problem in romantic relationship. It seems, however, Sirians have more polished social skills than Alpha Centaurians, who are also very much in their head and tend to be loners.

Additionally, many Sirians seem to have low alignment level with Divine Truth. So they probably have the need to insist they are right. And with their analytical approach, they can make a great case “proving” they are right. It’s not hard to imagine this tendency can strain their social relationships. . .

Sirians’ challenges in career and finance

Interestingly, only one of my Sirian clients are in the science and technology field. And she is a psychologist — a very people kind of science. Other Sirians use their analytical skill in various other field, from accounting to teaching to seemingly non-technical jobs.  (Accounting and finance seem to be fairly popular among Sirians.)

Sirians like making plans and they are good at making detailed plans with dates and action items on them. This is great, with one caution. Sirians tend to be caught up in their own plans. Plans are great tools as long as they work, but we need to adjust the plan as we go and the situations change.

I think many Sirians are stuck in their career because they are still faithfully following the plan they made before.

Their fear of success, the fear to trust themselves and their full potential, also poses big challenge in Sirians’ work life, especially when they aspire to become an entrepreneur. This can be quite confusing to those who are looking at Sirians. They do all the right thing — get the appropriate education and training, network with the right people, and do all kinds of preparation work . . . and when things are just about to happen, they step back. Or find something “more interesting” to do. . .

Sirians’ role on Earth

There are people who maintains Sirians have a special role in Ascension. Patricia Cori, who channels Sirian High Council, wrote many books. I’ve only flipped through Great Shift, The: Co-Creating a New World for 2012 and Beyond, which is a collection of three writings about 2012, and she is one of the contributing writer. She says crop circles are made by Sirians (non-incarnated ones who are watching us in the ether), so I used the image of them for this post. To be clear, I am not endorsing this view (there are hoax crop circles), but they are interesting to look at and I guess Sirians can certainly do something like this with their technology.

My understanding is Sirians can bring great technical advancement. This time, of course, it must come with care and respect for others’ free will.

What is Ascension?

Our Earth is increasing her energetic vibration rate. In other words, the Earth is ascending. This is affecting all her residents, like us, and many of us are experiencing the increase of our soul’s vibration rate. This is called Ascension or Light Ascension.

You don’t need to know the word Ascension or anything about it to ascend. You don’t need to be practicing any spiritual work such as meditation to ascend (although such practice can be tremendously helpful.)

When your soul’s vibration rate increases to a certain level, you may experience Ascension soul shift. I see this often in my Akashic Record Reading service. The existing soul completes its life lessons and a new soul, that comes from the same Higher Self, takes over. Again, this is a result of a combined effects of Earth’s Ascension and your personal spiritual development. It’s not all about you — there is grace brought by Earth.

What is Ascension soul shift?

Because the soul defines a big part of us, mentally, emotionally, and physically, the soul shift is a noticeable event. While each person experiences the shift differently, here is a list of common Ascension symptoms. You may experience all or some of them:

• Change in interests and aspirations. You are simply not interested in the people and things that kept your interest before. (Including disinterest in personal development or productivity hacks.)
• Inner need to detox, declutter, and simplify life.
• Strange wanderlust.
• Sudden spiritual “awakening”
• Change of food preference (many become vegetarian or even raw vegetarian)
• Change in sleep patterns
• Physical symptoms such as ringing in the ear, change in vision (sometimes daily), or strange itching and twitching around the body.
• Depression and anxiety are also common when the previous soul gets stuck, unable to move on after the new soul comes in.

The common theme in all these is that the change happens quite abruptly. It’s not something you planned or worked on to change.

I write about Ascension because there aren’t many resources out there to help people understand what is going on. If you went through these strange and unexplainable changes, don’t think you are crazy. I can help you. (Here is a list of other resources on Ascension that seem reliable to me.)

What will happen in 2012?

What will all these changes lead us to? I think we may be becoming lightbodies. Our physical body is a blessing, but it also presents various limitations. It may be time to evolve to something even better, which I call lightbody. In my understanding, lightbody can feed on light, not foods. And we can travel through time and space freely as lightbody.

Now a disclaimer: I haven’t seen my lightbody yet. All these things about Ascension and lightbody are still in the research level — I’ve been studying about them as I work with post Ascension soul shift clients and as I experiment with myself. Honestly, there are so many questions that remain open. I choose to write about Ascension, however, because even the ongoing research level information can be helpful, especially for those who are going through this or who are heading this way soon. Again, there aren’t many other helps available to the best of my knowledge.

Will Ascension complete in year 2012? Will there be a significant change to Earth in 2012? I don’t know. If anything is indeed happening, I think it’s a positive change. So I wrote my Creating the New World series.

What is Enlightenment?

Enlightenment has become such an ambiguous word. You might say my post is “enlightening”, and that would be a nice compliment, but I’m not sure if that enlightenment is the same as the enlightenment some people pursue in their spiritual development.

Here is my definition of Enlightenment. It is to realize the true nature of this thing we call “reality”. In other words, Enlightenment is about knowing we have the power to create. It is the ultimate freedom.

Ascension and Enlightenment are closely related, but I see them as separate. Enlightenment is a spiritual achievement. Ascension is the dynamic change that involves not just our soul but our body and mind. One helps the other to happen.

Action plan for Ascension

What can you do to move forward in your Ascension? Each post in the New World series on Love, Light, Truth, Abundance and Power has action plans at the end, so please check them out. Additionally, I suggest:

• Listen to your inner voice. Develop your intuition — it’s your best guidance.
• Your need to detox and declutter is real — don’t resist it.
• Eat closely to Earth. The Earth grows plants, (typically) small animals eat plants, then bigger animals eat the vegetarian animals. I feel much better since I became vegetarian (pretty much vegan).
• Take plenty of rest. Declutter not only your physical environment but also your life, and rest rather than doing non-critical activities.
• Let go of people who sucks up your energy.

This is the last installment of the Creating The New World series. Ascension presents us the unprecedented opportunity for change, and we’ve been discussing how we can create the New World based on the following five energy flows:

Love
Light
Truth
Abundance
Power

The purpose of life

While each post has some suggestions to help you better align with each of the energy flow, which will improve your personal life, the scope of the series is beyond the conventional personal development. Some of you may have thought, “Well, this all sounds nice, I wish there will be a day when this New World manifests, but I’m just an ordinary person and there is nothing I can do to help this dream come true.”

I respectfully disagree. We are born with the power to create. Creation is the purpose of life: we incarnated in this physical world to have fun creating our lives, to experience our own creation and learn through the experiences, then we create even better things, so we experience the love and abundance in a tangible way. Life is about creation.

Each of us has this power to create, and together we create the world. When you bring a positive change to your life, you are changing the world. The point is to create consciously.

The process of creation

Creation starts in the invisible energy field, the spiritual world, and manifests in the physical world. And in tern, by creating in the physical world, we transcend to the spiritual world. The physical and the spiritual are not opposed to each other. They are the two sides, or levels, of the one Universe.

This is the essence of the Law of Attraction. We create as we think, feel, and believe. The Law of Attraction is there so we can learn from our own creation. (If things happen randomly, we can’t learn, right?) Whether you are aware of your creative power or not, you are creating anyway.

What I’ve strived to achieve in this series is to present the big picture of the New World, the vision of our destination of our current creative journey. I don’t know the exact each step to get to this destination — that probably depends on each of your case, and I also think someone who is more detail-oriented and technical in thinking can do a better job in determining the steps than I can. But what are we to do when we know how to walk but don’t know the direction to our destination? My job is to present this sense of direction.

It’s you, however, who creates your life, and thus contribute to the New World from your end. I hope I have inspired you to the point you embrace your creative power.

The New World in a nutshell

The New World is based on individuals as empowered and awakened free agent. Each of us will live as the person we truly are — in other words, we all “come out” for the authentic and unique person we are. No need to bend our truth to conform to the social norms because there will be no social norms. Our inner sense of honesty and integrity will develop to the point that social rules will be unnecessary.

The New World is filled with love. Again it’s the kind of love that celebrates the unique quality each of us present, not the love based on manipulation.

So the New World celebrates diversity. I don’t just mean the diversity of races, ethnicities, and such. I mean diversity in ways of life and ideas. For instance, all forms of love, whether it is heterosexual or homosexual, monogamy or polyamory, across the races and ethnicities . . . they are all good.

The New World is both simple and abundant. We will live simply because we know we are spiritual beings enjoying the stay in this physical world, so we don’t need to decorate ourselves excessively. It is also abundant in the same way Nature is abundant, because we fully utilize our creative power.

There will be many fundamental changes in the way we live in the New World. Breakthroughs will change the way we sustain our physical bodies, and there will be few, or no, health issues. Some (or many) of us will be living as lightbodies.

The concept of work and money will change, too. Most of us will be working for ourselves, doing what we love and are good at. Work is a way of self-expression, a way of creation. Eventually, work will be purely about self-expression, not a way to earn money, so we will just give and receive the products and services, not trading them for money. The New World will be that abundant, to the point we don’t need to keep track of numbers.

The One Energy

On the deeper level, the five energies are one. Love and Light are the same — Love is Light, and Light is Love. When Eckhart Tolle wrote in the introduction of The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment that the morning sunlight through the drapery, after his night of revelation, was pure love, he literally means it.

And when there is nothing but loving light, there is nothing that is not Truth. This light of love is also power, and is abundance. It’s all . . . life energy.

But then, on the practical level, it helps us to check our alignment with each energy flow of Love, Light, Truth, Abundance, and Power.

We as God the Creator

As I wrote in the part on Light, we, each one of us, are ultimately God. We have the same creative power God has.

It is only an illusion that we need to compete, control, manipulate, etc to get good things in life. When we use the energy negative like this, we create imbalance, and sooner or later, we will have to pay. Creating with love is a lot easier and fulfilling.

Audiovisual: 

First video (it’s a set of two video clips) features Gregg Braden, scientist and author of Fractal Time: The Secret of 2012 and a New World Age and The Divine Matrix: Bridging Time, Space, Miracles, and Belief.  He talks about how the magnetic field of the Earth is changing, prompting changes of our physical body either to go with the overall change or against it.  He mentions Light Ascension in the beginning of the second video, and although he doesn’t use the term “lightbody”, he does talk about the change of our existence.

And here is an interesting info about the geometric form called Merkabah and Ascension.  I have no idea how this can be the vehicle of reaching to higher dimensions, but I see it is the symbol of two energies, one from the heaven (or universe) and another from Earth, merging.  

Finally, this movie What If? (HT to Jenny Mannion) is not a free video at YouTube, but worth the $4.95 for download. The scientists in this movie claim it is possible to use 100% of our brain (as you may have heard, we currently use only a fraction of it), and that is the enlightenment.  When we do this, by releasing the existing limiting beliefs and accepting new programs of possibilities, we can work miracles.  

I’m especially impressed with the people who learned how to take light energy directly from the sun and survived solely on light for extended time (over a year).  I think lightbodies feed on light, and because we are developing lightbodies within our current physical bodies, some of us can start feeding on light.

The Mystery of 2012: Predictions, Prophecies and Possibilities

There are many “channelled” books, too, and I guess they may be good.  However, we need to be careful with them because all channeling is dependent on the psychic’s frame of reference.  If the receiver (the medium psychic) doesn’t have the appropriate and clear frame of reference, the whole message gets unclear or twisted, like a twisted image through a flawed lens.  

For instance, many parts of the Bible are channelled messages — received by mediums who lived several thousand years ago.  Their frame of references are different from ours.  The trouble is, we don’t know exactly how they are different and where the distortions are happening. 

The Revelation is about Ascension — large part.  It talks about “a new heaven and a new earth” of light (21:1).  (Also, the Akashic Records are referred to as “the book of life”.)  However, there are probably some misunderstandings, too.  For example, when it says “unchaste“ what does that mean?  A lot of people want to think it is about premarital or homosexual sexual relationships, but it may be about sex with prostitutes.  Or it cold be incest.  We don’t really know what “unchaste“ was for John.  And his idea of a new earth is tied to the old kingdom — he had no frame of reference for a society where all are equal and empowered.  

There are probably a lot more ancient texts about Ascension.  I’m just not so motivated to check them out because — I have my own info source (my spirit guides) who can teach me along with my own frame of reference.  

Having said this, I saw this book at a bookstore and think it’s pretty cool:

Great Shift, The: Co-Creating a New World for 2012 and Beyond
