As a Blueprinter myself; I can relate to every single word you have shared with us here, I obtain knowledge from unknown source perhaps is something that is emerging from myself (higher or past) or given(externally), don’t know yet difficult to place, I have feelings for something happening in near future that will change the course of how we perceive life, I’ve been placed with a vision and design as well as the tools to present it too others( city ), Im on my search for other blueprinters that could create systems with their gifts for the reformation of paradigms of what is the true path of the human course. I haven’t seen any non-incarnate starseeds yet. I don’t have the ability to see / access them. All I have read is that these ’star beings’ (another term for starseeds?) live as an energy form within the space occupied by a star.

So where have you seen non-incarnate starseeds?
They are usually not on the surface of earth. Earthbound spirits are mostly negative beings, although there are surely exceptions.
