		<description>I loved the first question, “What is this thing called life?” It is a great one for everybody to answer for themselves. Yes, life is like that great movie we just watched with the joy and the tears. Remembering we have our hands in the building and directing of the movie is paramount (no pun intended). Although our higher self may have written the script beforehand our personalities do get some say. Reassuring ourselves of the deeper  through line helps us when discomfort arises. 

I love the butterfly story. Holding reality from the largest context helps us fly and enjoy.
