		<description>Hi Akemi - I haven&#039;t had a paycheck for years, so it&#039;s tough to remember what it&#039;s like to have paycheck mentality.  I think it&#039;s definitely harder for folk who set out on their own as service providers to ditch that mentality though.  If they&#039;re not outsourcing, or employing anyone to work and they&#039;re providing the service themselves, I guess it&#039;s easier for them to hold onto the belief that they must be earning a certain amount per hour.

I agree with others who have said you don&#039;t need talent to run a business - gaining the skills you need is far more important.</description>
