I'm totally with you, and that is how I read your motto "If I have to work for an idiot, I may as well work for myself." I may be an idiot, too, but if my boss is an idiot and I'm an idiot too, why not take the responsibility and work for myself? I'd be even more idiotic if I just point out other people's follies while hiding out -- actually, that is worse than being an idiot. That is being a coward. I think we need to work wholeheartedly while being an employee -- then be a wholehearted entrepreneur once we set out. Hi Anthony,

I’d be even more idiotic if I just point out other people’s follies while hiding out — actually, that is worse than being an idiot. That is being a coward.
